Welcome to the wacky, sometimes whimsical world of George Haddon, the Melbourne-based caricaturist, cartoonist and illustrator.

Haddon has won numerous national awards for his pen and ink and watercolour drawings covering a wide range of assignments and commissions of faces and places - from Prime ministers to miners and from China to Coober Pedy. He has become known throughout Victoria, first for his astute political cartooning in the Melbourne Herald newspaper (now the Herald-Sun) and more recently for his decade of centre spreads in the RACV monthly magazine RoyalAuto, which has a readership of nearly two million.

Haddon’s newspaper contributions won him the coverted Walkley award four times, and 150 of his peers voted him Cartoonist of the Year in 2004 for his work in Royal Auto.
